How it works

From startup application to live trading — four steps.

1. Startup verification

A startup submits a dossier: live product URL, app store links, GitHub activity, social proof, traction screenshots, and optionally founder ID. Our automated trust score + admin review determines approval. No traditional corporate documents required for initial listing.

2. Primary offering (IPO)

Approved startups configure an offering: total shares, price per share, minimum and maximum per investor, soft cap, and offering window. Investors buy shares during the window at the fixed offering price. At close, if the soft cap is met, the startup lists on the exchange.

3. Secondary market trading

After listing, shares trade on a live order book with real-time price discovery. Investors place limit or market orders to buy and sell. Price moves with supply and demand. Full candlestick charts, order book depth, and recent trades are visible to all.

4. Deposits & withdrawals

Deposit funds in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and more) via NOWPayments. Your balance is credited in USD-equivalent credits instantly after confirmation. Withdraw back to your crypto wallet at any time.
