By registering for or using initPub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in investment activities in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Nature of the platform
initPub operates as a technology platform facilitating connections between startups and investors. Depending on jurisdiction, purchases may represent non-binding pledges of interest rather than registered securities. The Platform does not provide investment advice.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Risk acknowledgment
Investing in early-stage startups carries substantial risk of total loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. You should not invest more than you can afford to lose. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
7. Fees
Current fee rates are published at /fees. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, initPub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
